It is wonderful to hear that you are performing in the 2006 World Championships in Jeju. Is is quite an opportunity to perform with great marching bands from all over the world, but the other bands will also have a great opportunity to perform with you, the great marching band from Hong Kong. You are an excellent band and your show is exciting and will please the crowd very much. The audience at the Division I competition is in for a special treat when they get to see your drill and hear your music. I am sure the response you receive will be enthusiastic and overwhelming.
A performance like this has great responsibilities for the individual performer. Every member must work his or her hardest to perform at the highest level in World Class competition. It is so special, that concentration and effort in rehearsal must set a high standard in order to create the greatest performance at the Championships. Good luck with your preparations and I know you will work hard. When all the rehearsing and preparing is finished, remember to relax and enjoy yourself because very few bands reach your level of performance and have the opportunity to show the world. I am very proud to have this opportunity to “speak” with you and hope that you have a great show and experience the type of performance you are working so hard to create. Best of luck and congratulations. |
